Shipping policy

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Shipping Time: Standard international shipping takes 7–20 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Shipping Cost: We offer free standard shipping on all orders.

Order Tracking: Track your order anytime using the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email or on our Track Your Order page.

Customs & Import Fees: International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes depending on your country's regulations. These fees, if any, are the responsibility of the customer. Customers in Israel may be required to provide a national ID number for customs clearance.

Delays: Delivery times may occasionally be longer during peak seasons or due to customs processing. If your order hasn't arrived within 30 business days, contact us at info@shopvando.com and we'll resolve it promptly.

Lost or Undelivered Packages: If your package is confirmed lost in transit, we will send a free replacement or issue a full refund.
