🔄 Return & Refund Policy

At Vando, customer satisfaction is our top priority.

Returns

We accept return requests only in the following cases:

  • The product has a manufacturing defect.
  • The customer received an incorrect item.

Requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the order.
The product must be unused and in its original condition and packaging.

Refunds

  • Once the return request is reviewed and approved, refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days.
  • Refunds are issued using the original payment method.
  • Vando is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or payment providers.
